1. Agreement

By visiting or purchasing from MOB Leather (mob-leather.vercel.app), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. MOB Leather is owned and operated by Marsha O. Bell, a sole proprietor based in California.

2. Products

All MOB Leather bags are handcrafted individually by Marsha O. Bell. Because natural leather varies in texture, grain, and tone, each piece is unique. Minor variations from product photography are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; exact color may vary slightly based on screen calibration and hide characteristics.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. MOB Leather reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders placed and confirmed at a given price will be honored at that price.

4. Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin production. By submitting a special order inquiry and confirming your order:

• You agree to the quoted price and timeline
• You understand the deposit is non-refundable once work begins
• You accept that natural material variation may affect the finished piece
• Changes to the order after work has begun may incur additional charges

Turnaround time for custom orders is estimated at 4–8 weeks. Marsha will communicate any delays directly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because each bag is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to repair or replace the item at our discretion.

6. Shipping

MOB Leather ships within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery is typically 2–5 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, copy, and brand elements on this website are the exclusive property of Marsha O. Bell / MOB Leather. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MOB Leather's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
